All our products are manufactured in Colombia. our goal is to provide the highest standards, and high quality workforce supporting Colombian minorities at every opportunity. We follow the ideology of “slow fashion” to cause the least possible waste.

Orders
Pre-order items
In the pre-order, we offer customers a guarantee of availability Order and stock of items safe for them but with delivery in a slightly longer period of time.
How do I use a discount voucher or gift card?
If you have a gift voucher or a discount code (lucky!), Add the code at checkout in its respective field and click apply. Only one discount code can be used per order. discount codes cannot be combined with account credit redemptions.
Shipping
When will I recive my order?
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 3 business days of placing the order. As of the fulfillment date, orders placed with standard shipping usually take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive within Colombia. Make a confirmation email from our team once your purchase has been made. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In case the order requires additional information to be processed, we will communicate by mail.
Do they make international shipments?
Yes! International orders are generally delivered within 7-14 days of fulfillment.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange and return policy for swimwear?
Requests and claims about changes must be made within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the date of delivery of the product. Within this period, the client must contact us at info@forpublicdisplay.com, to express their will. The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, with the original labels, packaging and no use whatsoever. Our team will respond to your request within a maximum period of 15 business days and will indicate the steps to follow for the return. If it is found that the respective change meets all the conditions, an exchange will be offered per size or color (subject to availability) but there will be no refund. In case of changing the reference, if there is any surplus, it must be paid.
* Shipping costs, by virtue of the return, must be fully borne by the customer.

What is your exchange and return policy for bags?
Due to the unique and possibly unique nature of our materials, all bags are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. however, if there is a fault with your accessories, please contact us. If any of your products arrive defective, please email a picture of your damaged product to discuss possible options. Please get in touch before you return your item, so that we can inform you of the steps to take and timelines for a refund or replacement item. manufacturing faults do not include: chipped, cracked or broken stones; general wear and tear, misshapen items, bent and broken, rusted, or where the coating is fading. We apologize in advance in case of any defect.
Conditions to return a defective part:
Make sure your returns are returned in the condition in which you received them.

Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt (Colombia and the rest of the world).
The item must be returned in the original packaging or a hard case to avoid crushing while in the mail. Items that are improperly packaged and subsequently crushed in shipment cannot be replaced.

We inspect all items for signs of wear or damage. Once we see that it is in good condition, we make the return or exchange.
